New from Tork is a revolutionary antimicrobial foam hand cleaner plus two new eco-labelled foam soaps.
These are all designed to be user-friendly and kind to the hands while also helping to keep down costs.
Tork Mild Foam Soap, which contains natural skin lipids to prevent dryness, is particularly suitable for use in public toilets in restaurants, offices and hotels.
Tork Extra Mild Foam Soap is aimed at environments such as schools and hospitals where a particularly mild formulation is required. It is fragrance-free and contains no sulphates to irritate the eyes. Both these soaps have been accredited with the EU and Nordic ecolabels.
Tork Antimicrobial Foam Soap is a two-in-one soap and hand sanitiser that is active against bacteria, virus and fungi. This means it is suitable for healthcare and food preparation environments.
All three Tork foam soaps are housed in a container that holds 2,500 doses of quality foam soap – around double the number as is contained in a liquid soap dispenser of the same size. This means that refilling time is halved while double the number of soap containers can be accommodated on to a pallet.
“Our new Tork foam soaps are designed to be kind to the hands, the environment and the wallet,” said Charlotte. “The fact that they are a luxurious foam instead of a liquid means they are easier to use, and they also create less mess on washroom units which means they can help to maintain a cleaner washroom environment.”
Studies have shown that members of the public tend to shun washrooms that fail to present a fresh, clean appearance. An SCA survey carried out among 2,000 Europeans revealed that 92 per cent of respondents placed cleanliness and freshness high on their list of priorities when using a public washroom.
